Sole Trader Accounts

For sole traders we can prepare your annual financial statements, following standard accounting conventions and complying with legal requirements. We will endeavour to prepare your accounts promptly, assuming all the relevant records are provided to us in good time.

As part of the accounts review process we will meet with the business owners and/or directors to help you interpret the accounts and suggest improvements for the future. The financial statements will generally consist of a profit and loss account, as well as a balance sheet.

For sole traders we will calculate taxable profits for inclusion on the self assessment tax return.

Fees vary depending on how you keep your records, the complexity of the accounts and tax computations. Fees can be agreed in advance and can be paid on completion or in monthly instalments.
