Nominee Shareholder

Our Nominee Shareholder service is perfect for anyone wanting to maintain their privacy from public record, by utilising an outside shareholder to be shown on Companies House. This Nominee Shareholder package will equip you with two important documents for the successful performance of this service. While the Nominee Shareholder will hold the shares, this will not grant them power over any aspect of the business, as stated in the Declaration of Trust.
