For limited companies we can prepare your annual financial statements, following standard accounting conventions and complying with legal requirements. We will endeavour to prepare your accounts promptly, assuming all the relevant records are provided to us in good time.
As part of the accounts review process we will meet with the business owners and/or directors to help you interpret the accounts and suggest improvements for the future. The financial statements will generally consist of a profit and loss account, balance sheet and for limited companies, a directors’ report.
For limited companies we prepare the necessary tax computations and Corporation Tax Returns (CT600) and copies of the accounts for HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House.
Fees vary depending on how you keep your records, the complexity of the accounts and tax computations. Fees can be agreed in advance and can be paid on completion or in monthly instalments.
